I have worked for fourteen years with leading organizations in eleven countries, including six of the Global 100 and eight of the Fortune 100, as well as market leaders in the food and consumer goods, automotive, telecommunications, and pharmaceutical industries. My clients are CRM, marketing, and technology executives at the director level and above who need to ensure the success of their CRM transformation programs. I works closely with them and their colleagues across the organization to define and deliver transformational customer-focused capabilities.
